Software Return Policy
Return Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted only if the software has not been used or activated.
- The request for a return must be made within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions:
- The software must remain in its original packaging with the seal intact.
- Any digital downloads should not have been initiated.
Procedure:
- Contact our customer service to request a return authorization.
- Provide proof of purchase and reason for return.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
