Software Return Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted only if the software has not been used or activated.
  • The request for a return must be made within 30 days of purchase.

Conditions:

  • The software must remain in its original packaging with the seal intact.
  • Any digital downloads should not have been initiated.

Procedure:

  • Contact our customer service to request a return authorization.
  • Provide proof of purchase and reason for return.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the return is approved.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
